These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of doggiehush.com (the "Site") and your purchase of Doggie Hush products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that could damage or impair the Site or the experience of other users. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
Orders and payment
By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. All prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. Payment is processed by our payment providers and must be completed before an order ships.
30-day calm guarantee
Doggie Hush is backed by a 30-day calm guarantee. If your dog doesn't show improvement within 30 days of consistent use, you may request a return. Full details, including how to start a return and how refunds are processed, are described on our Returns page.
Intellectual property
Doggie Hush is a patented, trademarked product. All content on the Site — including the Doggie Hush name and logo, product designs, text, graphics, photographs, and videos — is owned by or licensed to Doggie Hush and is protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
Doggie Hush products are designed to buffer harsh noise — they do not eliminate sound and are not a medical device or a substitute for veterinary care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doggie Hush and its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
