We offer a 30-day calm guarantee. If your dog doesn't show improvement within 30 days of consistent use, contact us at doggiehush14@gmail.com to start the return process. We cover the cost of return shipping on all US orders. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
